All procedures are interventional radiology techniques performed with high-resolution imaging equipment (digital radioscopy, ultrasound).
REGENERATIVE MEDICINE:
INFILTRATION OF FRESH STEM CELLS
Extraction of fresh Stem Cells from the bone marrow using a very new American device (Marrow Cellution) and high precision infiltration into:
– In the core of the intervertebral discs (lumbar, dorsal and cervical)
– The spinal nerves of the spine (lumbar, dorsal and cervical)
– The facet joints of the spine and the sacroiliac joints
– Load-bearing joints (hip, knee, shoulder, ankle,… etc.) and adjacent tendons/ligaments .
INFILTRATION OF PLATELET-RICH PLASMA
Obtaining platelet-rich plasma (PRP) using a high-performance German device (Arthrex ACP and Angel) for subsequent image-guided infiltration into the various spinal targets or affected musculoskeletal and ligamentous structures .
RHIZOLISIS (RADIO FREQUENCY)
Radiofrequency thermocoagulation of the posterior (facet) intervertebral joints.
Radiofrequency thermocoagulation of the geniculate nerves to treat non-surgical chronic gonalgia and/or painful knee prosthesis.
Pulsating radiofrequency (42ºc) of the various spinal nerve roots and multiple peripheral nerve trunks of the human anatomy.
VERTEBROPLASTY
Injection of acrylic cement into a fractured vertebra , whatever the cause (osteoporotic or traumatic).
BOTOX
Image-guided injection of botulinum toxin into neck-thoracic muscles (scalene, pectoral and subclavian) to treat thoracic outlet syndrome and obturator internus muscles to treat pelvic floor pain .
MULLAN TECHNIQUE
Gasser’s ganglion compression with Fogarthy ball for trigeminal neuralgia .
NERVOUS TRAP
Hydrodissection of the median nerve for the carpal tunnel , and of the femorocutaneous nerve for paresthetic meralgia .
